Download and install gamenative
We offer three ways to access gamenative: Android app (APK), iOS browser access, and web browser on desktop or tablet. Each path suits different devices and preferences. Our Android app is the most feature-rich, offering offline account access, push notifications for live games, and optimised low-data streaming. iOS users access gamenative via a mobile browser (Safari or Chrome) and can add a shortcut to the home screen for app-like convenience. Desktop users can use any modern browser—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Installation paths for gamenative
- Android APK: Download directly from our website, enable unknown sources, and install.
- iOS browser: Open Safari or Chrome, navigate to gamenative.net, and add to home screen.
- Web browser: Use any desktop or tablet browser to access the full gamenative platform.
Android APK installation steps
Installing the gamenative Android app takes about two minutes. First, visit our download page and tap the APK link; your phone will ask for permission to install apps from unknown sources. Second, enable unknown sources in your device settings (Settings → Security → Unknown Sources). Third, open the downloaded file and tap Install. Fourth, wait for the installation to complete, then open the app and log in with your gamenative account credentials.
If you see a security warning, this is normal—Android checks APK files before installation. Once you've enabled unknown sources, the warning will not reappear. If installation fails, check that you have enough free storage space (at least 100 MB) and that your Android version is 7 or later.
iOS and browser-based access
iOS users do not need to download an app—gamenative is fully accessible via mobile Safari or Chrome. Open your browser, navigate to gamenative.net, and log in. For added convenience, tap the Share icon and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates an app-like shortcut on your home screen; tapping it opens gamenative in full-screen mode, mimicking a native app experience without requiring installation.
Our browser-based platform is optimised for iOS 12 and later. If you're on an older version, update your device to access the latest gamenative features. The browser version runs identically to the Android app—same live-dealer tables, same arcade games, same payment options (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
App vs. browser: which should you choose?
The gamenative Android app offers offline account access (you can view your balance and recent bets without an internet connection), push notifications for live games and sportsbook updates, and lower bandwidth consumption during streaming. Battery usage is also optimised—the app uses less power than a browser because it doesn't run background tabs or scripts. If you play regularly or access gamenative throughout the day, the app is worth installing.
The browser version is ideal if you prefer not to enable unknown sources or if you switch between devices frequently. It requires no installation, updates automatically, and works identically across Android, iOS, and desktop. Both paths share your account balance, betting history, and deposit funds—you can switch between app and browser seamlessly.
Device compatibility and requirements
Our gamenative app requires Android 7 or later. Most phones sold in the last five years meet this requirement. If you're unsure, open Settings → About Phone → Android Version and check. For iOS, we support Safari and Chrome on iOS 12 and later. Desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge on Windows, macOS, or Linux) all work with the gamenative web platform. Minimum screen size is 320 pixels wide; tablets and larger phones offer a better experience for live-dealer table streaming.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK won't download, check your internet connection and ensure you have at least 100 MB of free storage. If installation halts partway through, clear your Downloads folder and try again. If the app crashes on launch, uninstall it, restart your phone, and reinstall. Some phones display a "Google Play Protect" warning for APKs downloaded outside the Play Store—this is expected and not a sign of infection. You can dismiss the warning and proceed with installation.
If you can't log in after installation, verify your email address and password are correct (passwords are case-sensitive). If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen; we'll send a reset link to your email within a few minutes. For persistent issues, contact our support team via chat or email during business hours—we provide English-language assistance.

Account security and permissions on gamenative
Your account data is encrypted during transmission from your phone to our servers. When you log into the gamenative app, your session is protected by HTTPS encryption—the same standard used by banks and payment processors. We do not store your password on your device; you enter it only during login, and we verify it on our secure servers. If you log out, your account remains protected; logging back in requires re-entering your credentials.
The gamenative app requests minimal permissions: internet access (to connect to our servers), camera access (optional, for ID verification during KYC), and storage access (to cache game data and reduce bandwidth). You can revoke camera and storage permissions in your device settings; the app will still work, though ID verification and offline caching will be unavailable. Never share your login credentials with anyone, and disable app notifications if you prefer privacy while playing. For full details on how we handle your data, see our privacy policy
